Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
1991. The following members were present: ,

RESOLUTION NO. 91-250
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1991 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT - PHASE
CITY PROJECT NO. 102
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 1, 1991, the
City's Consulting Engineer, Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., has prepared
plans and specifications for the improvement of streets in Maintenance
Districts 4, 11, and 7 of the City by subgrade correction, crack filling,
bituminous overlays, and partial reconstruction and has presented such plans
and specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA;
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official
paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved mans and
specifications. The advertisement shall be published twice, shall
specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be received
by the City Clerk until 10:00 a.m. on May 29, 1991 at which time they
will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Plymouth City
Center Building at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by
the City Manager and that no bids will be considered unless sealed
and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the City
Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the fcregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coim ilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon theollowing
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Rider,
Vasili. and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
