Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on6th day of
May f, 1991 . The following members were
present: Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91-247
AUTHORIZING DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO PROCEED WITH PLANNING
FOR 1991 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended the 1991 park capital improvement projects, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on the proposed
1991 Capital Improvement Projects, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommends the
1991 park capital improvement projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is to begin
planning for the 1991 capital improvement projects as outlined in a memo to
the City Council dated May 1, 1991, and further, said Director shall report
back to the Council at the appropriate time for further Council review as is
necessary.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seoorxied by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur_
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
