HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-246CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of May 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-246 APPROVING OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR MGM WINES & SPIRITS, INC. WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from MGM Wines & Spirits, Inc., for the premises at 3900 Vinewood Lane, Unit 1; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no reason to deny the license; and WHEREAS, following published and posted notice, the City Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny the license. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an off -sale intoxicating license is hereby approved for MGM Wines & Spirits, Inc., 3900 Vinewood Lane, Unit 1, for the period May 7, 1991, through January 31, 1992. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
