t , a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
day of October, 1969. The following members were preseat: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Conrcilman Emphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-375
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT _,%EBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THE ACTING CLERK TO DRAW UP AN ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR $16,758.13 TO COVER ROUGH GRADING IN PAZENDIN PARK ADDITION.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hlde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and
Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 13, 19699 With the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 22nd day of October, 1969.
