Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the 22nd day of Kiril , 1921. The following members
were present: _Mayor Har s,n, Councilmambers Helliwell. Ricker
The following members were absent:
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-241
APPROVING 1991 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette Licenses have been received
from the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter II,
Section 1150.01 of the City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License
applications from the parties listed below be approved for the
period of April 22, 1991 through December 31, 1991.

The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: '4ayor Bergman,
CCounci 1 med2ere Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
