HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-240CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of April, 1991. The following members were present: Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur, Bergman. The following members were absent: None. Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-240 FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION FOR MISSING CHILDREN MINNESOTA WHEREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by Missing Children Minnesota for a raffle to be conducted on May 25, 1991, in the City of Plymouth. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Missing Children Minnesota for a raffle to be conducted at 3900 Vinewood Lane, on May 25, 1991; and the City Clerk is directed to notify the State Charitable Gambling Control Board of this action. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur, Bergman. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
