HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-239CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of April , 1991. The following members were present: Htayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 239 SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION FOR M.G.M. WINE & SPIRITS, INC. WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license from M.G.M. Wine & Spirits Inc., 3900 Vinewood Lane North, Unit 1; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is required for the issuance of a new liquor license. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on May 6, 1991, to consider the application of M.G.M. Wine & Spirits, Inc., for an off -sale intoxicating liquor license at 3900 Vinewood Lane North, Unit 1. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
