HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-238CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of April, 1991. The following members were present: Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur, Bergman. The following members were absent: None. Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-238 APPROVING REQUEST FOR REFUND OF PRORATA LICENSE FEE TO GFT, INC. WHEREAS, GFT Inc., d/b/a Yesterdays Restaurant, 605 Highway 169, was issued an on -sale intoxicating and Sunday liquor license effective February 1, 1991; and WHEREAS, GFT Inc., discontinued business on March 9, 1991; and WHEREAS, GFT Inc, has requested a prorata refund of the license fee; and WHEREAS, the amount of the prorata license fee is $2,733.38 ($2,666.68 for the remaining four months of the on -sale fee and $166.70 for the remaining ten months of the Sunday fee; less $100 for the renewal police investigation). NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a refund in the amount of $2,733.38 is hereby authorized to GFT Inc., for the prorata portion of the license fee for Yesterdays, 605 Highway 169. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur, and Bergman. The following voted ago or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
