Pursuant to due call aad notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

I Village Counci°_ of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
1 day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,

Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absnt

i Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 69-374
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCI., OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: AUTHORIZING THE TREASURER TO PAY MR. FAZENDIN $16,758.13
FOR ROUGH GRADING IN FAZENDIN PARK ADDITION.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

R I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

Village held October 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
