HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-231CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of April , 1991. The following members were present: , Manor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 231 APPROVING MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WATER QUALITY TREATMENT PONDS BASS CREEK BUSINESS PARK ADDITION WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Opus Corporation entered into a development contract for the public improvements within the Bass Creek Business Park Addition; and WHEREAS, said development contract required the construction of storm water quality treatment ponds to reduce sediment going to Pike Lake and a DNR protected wetland; and WHEREAS, the development contract also required an agreement providing for future maintenance of said water quality treatment ponds; and WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared specifying the future maintenance responsibilities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the Storm Water Quality Treatment Pond Maintenance Agreement, dated February 28, 1991 on behalf of the City of Plymouth. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coimrilmemher Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _mayor Berg=, Councilmembers Helliwell Rider,-,, Va%j1jou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: Non;, Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
