Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of _April ,

The following members were absent: Nonp
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-2)30
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
SHCMIDT LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 705
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following:
Deduction for asphalt wearing course being out of specifications.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, City Project No.
705 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 4 for Schmidt Lake Road Improvements, City Project
No. 705 by deducting $1,051.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $721,678.67
Previous Change Orders - ADD 48,825.53
Street Sweeping - DEDUCT -124.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - DEDUCT -1.051.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $769,329.20
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CounCilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Ivor Berms, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker. Vasiliou

The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
