HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-229CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of April , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Berman,Councilmembera H ll iwni l - Ricker, VaGi 1 inn anrd 7 tur The following members were absent: None Coimcilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-229 ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS PLYMOUTH BUSINESS CENTER 5TH ADDITION STREET, UTILITY AND TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS CITY PROJECT NO. 715 WHEREAS, the City Council has ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report for the Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition Street, Utility and Trail Improvements; and WHEREAS, the Preliminary Engineering Report was prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and presented to the City Council at their April 22, 1991 Council meeting; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the City proceed with the preparation of the plans and specifications and has agreed to reimburse to the City any costs incurred should the project not proceed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: I. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition improvements in accordance with the Preliminary Engineering Report as revised. 2. That the plans shall not be started until the developer submits a cash deposit of $25,000 to cover the cost for the preparation of the Preliminary Engineering Report and for the final plans and specifications. 3. That the trail improvements within the Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition not be included in the plans and specifications.
