Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
April , 1991. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,

RESOLUTION NO. 91- 228
ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
COUNTY ROAD 10 WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 110
WHEREAS, the City's adopted Trunk Watermain Distribution System proposes the
construction of trunk watermain along County Road 10 from Nathan Lane to
Quinwood Lane, and
WHEREAS, an emergency connection is proposed to the Maple Grove water system
along the west line of the Lake Camelot Estates Addition, and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County is preparing to reconstruct County Road 10 from
Nathan Lane to west of I-494 beginning late summer, 1991, and
WHEREAS, proposals for engineering services for the design and construction of
necessary trunk watermain installation have been submitted by Strgar-Roscoe-
Fausch, Inc. (SRF) and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates (BRA) and
the estimated construction cost is $275,000 including two pressure
reducing/metering stations, and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement includes the construction of a 12 inch trunk
watermain from the west property line of Bass Creek Business Park to Zachary
Lane and a 12 inch watermain from the intersection of County Road 10 and
County Road 47 to Quinwood Lane, and a 16 inch trunk watermain from County
Road 47 north along the west plat line of Lake Camelot Estates to near the
Maple Grove City limits line, and all necessary appurtenances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is designated
as the engineer to prepare final plans and specifications for
the trunk watermain improvements. They shall prepare plans
and specifications for making of such improvements in
accordance with their March 29, 1991 County Road 10 Watermain
Proposal.
2. The watermain improvements are to be funded from the Utility
Trunk Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
' voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
