Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
t�
day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 69-373
ti WHEREAS, Paul's Woodcraft Company at 2730 Fernbrook Lane requested
Site Plan Approval.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PAUL'S WOODCRAFT, 2730
FERNBROOK LANE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWLNG:
1. REMOVAL OF PARKING IN THE SETBACK AREA ALONG FERNBROOK LANE.
2. SODDING & PLANTING THE 20 FOOT -STRIP ON THE EASTERLY SIDE
OF THE PLANT,,14ORTHMY OF THE EXISTING OFFICE AREA.
3, DEDICATION OF 7' ADDITIODiAL RIGHT OF WAY FOk FERNBROOK LANE.
t� The motion for the adoption of the foregaing Resolution was duly

j seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
j!, following voted in favor thereof: M-%yor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson
and Y.indseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, ldinnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 33, 1969, with the origir_al thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
