HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-219CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of _ April 1 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmen ers Helliwell Ricker- Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Cp,mrilmPmh,-r Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 219 REVOKING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the road hereinafter described (designated as a Municipal State Aid Highway) should be revoked as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows to -wit: West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road 61 (Northwest Boulevard) to County Road 47 be, and hereby is revoked as a Municipal State Aid street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for consideration. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Unmcilmemher Zitur and upon vote be in taken thereon, the following, voted in favor thereof: mayor Berman, Coimcilmembers Mgliiwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, ana Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
