HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-217CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of April 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,__, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Helliwell adoption: introduced the following Resolution and moved its RESOLUTION NO. 91- 217 ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY 54TH AVENUE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows to -wit: 54th Avenue from Peony Lane to Vicksburg Lane be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmemhers Helliwell, Ricker.
