HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-216CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of April 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bermnan, Councilmembers Helliwell Bicker_ Vasilio»_ and 7itur ' The following members were absent: Nnnp Coimcilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-216 ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY DUNKIRK LANE WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows to -wit: Dunkirk Lane from proposed Schmidt Lake Road to County Road 47 be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of MinnesoEa, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ziturand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
