Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a repular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of April
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Counci members Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 21S
ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAY
PEONY LANE
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota that the street
hereinafter described should be designated as a Municipal State Aid street under the
provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 162;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, COUNTY OF HENNEPIN, that the road described as follows to -wit:
Peony Lane from the proposed intersection of Schmidt Lake Road with Peony
Lane to County Road 47.
be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of
said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Highways of the State of
Minnesota,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed forthwith
to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Highways for
consideration, and that upon approval of the designation of said road or portion
thereof, that the same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State
Aid Street.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zi ur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
