HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-213CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of April , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker. Vasiliou and Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-213 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A STREET, UTILITY, AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Churchill Farms has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street, drainage, and utility easements described as follows: All those street, utility, and drainage easements created by Document No. 1661569 over the north 30 feet of the following described property. That part of the northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 118, north Range 22, west described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said northwest 1/4; thence east along the south line thereof 775 feet; thence north at a right angle 363 feet; thence west at a right angle 160 feet; thence north at a right angle 190 feet to the north line of the south 553 feet thereof; thence east along the north line of said south 553 feet to the west line of Amber Woods; thence north along the west line of said plat to the intersection with the center line of 34th Avenue North; thence west at a right angle with said west line of the plat to the west line of said northwest 1/4; thence south along the west line of said northwest 1/4 to the point of beginning. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 21, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coun_cilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Ma=r BerBergwnn.
