HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-212CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of _April , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-212 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS DOCUMENT NO. 1661568 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the developer of Churchill Farms has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements described as follows: All of the drainage and utility easements created by Document No. 1661568 over, under and across the north 6 feet, the west 6 feet, the east 6 feet and the south 10 feet of the following described parcel: The east 680 feet of the south 363 feet of the following described tract said south 363 feet being measured from the south line of the northwest 1/4 of Section 19, that part of the northwest 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 and the southwest of the northwest 1/4 of Section 19, Township 118, Range 22 described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of the northwest 1/4 of said Section 19; thence east along the south line of said northwest 1/4 a distance of 775 feet; thence north at a right angle 363 feet; thence west at a right angle 160 feet; thence north at a right angle 190 feet; thence east at a right angle to the east line of the west 1,217.90 feet of said northwest 1/4; thence north along said east line to the center line of 34th Avenue North as dedicated in the plat of Amber Woods; thence west at a right angle to the west line of said northwest 1/4; thence south along said west line to the point of beginning according to the Government survey thereof. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of May 21, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,` 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote beingg taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou_ and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
