Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
April , 1991. The following members were present: ,
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur. Beronan
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 211
APPROVING APPRAISALS FOR EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has authorized the undertaking of City Project
No. 948, Northwest Boulevard, County Road 9 to 45th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the use of Eminent Domain Statutes
and the "Quick Take" procedure in order to acquire the necessary right-of-way
in a timely manner; and
WHEREAS, the City has obtained an appraisal report of the damages to be
incurred by Parcel 1 and 2 as a result of the project; and
WHEREAS, the appraisal report is in the proper form and prepared in accordance
with professional appraisal standards.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the appraisal for the damages listed as follows is
approved:
Parcel 1 (McGraw property) $2,100
Parcel 2 (Maas property) $5,700
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Ricker, Vasilion, Zitir, RPr=an ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
