HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-210CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of April 1991 . The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, aickeg Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 91-210 APPROVING APPEAL OF BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS RULING BY BRADLEY TRUELSON, 2735 OAKVIEW LANE NORTH (04-01-91) WHEREAS, Bradley Truelson has appealed a ruling by the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals denying his request for approval of a 3.7 foot Variance into the required side yard setback of 15 feet in order to construct an attached third car garage addition onto his home; WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals denied the request by Resolution 891-1; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the appeal by Bradley Truelson and approves a 3.7 foot variance to allow an 11.3 foot side yard setback in order to construct an attached third car garage addition based on the following findings: 1. The Variance Standards have been met. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rnimcilgrabor Vasiliou and upon vote being taking thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: MaYor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
