Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of _ April 19_9 The following members were present:

Counr,ilmembCr Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 208
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BUHLER, INC. LOCATED
AT 1100 XENIUM LANE (89064)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Buhler, Inc. located at 1100 Xenium Lane was
Administratively Approved on September 12, 1989; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Bond in the amount of $84,585; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $83,235
reduction of the bond #5009050 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Buhler, Inc. to a new total guarantee of $1,350.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by C=cilmmber 4itur and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell
T���gsiliou , and _Zitur
owing voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
