Pursuant to. due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
a day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, li

Coancilman Kindeeth introduced the following Resolution aid moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION 110. 69-371

WHEREAS, Harry and Mildred Noland,725D State Highway #101, P.O. Box 56,
a
Wayzata, Minnesota, requested Preliminary Plat Approval.for property in the
fj
vicinity of 8th Avenue and State Highway #101.
NOW THEF.EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT PROPOSED BY HARRY AND
MILORED NOLAND AT COUNTY ROAD #101 AND 8TH AVEN[iE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLMING:,

1. DEDICATE 7 FEET ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 8101 TO INCREASE THE
RIGHT OF WAY WIDTH TO MEET VILLAGE REQUIREMENTS.
2. GRANT DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY
THE VILLAGE ENGINEER. 1
3. REQUIRE THE EVENTUAL OWNER OF LOT #2 TO PROVIDE A TURN
AROUND ON THE LOT IN ORDER TO PRECLUDE THE BACKING OF
CARS ONTO #101
4. GRANTING A VARIANCE OF THE MINIMUM LOT REQUIRM-IF-4T ON LOTS
1 MID 2. j
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hintz, Johnson
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
