Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rejalar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of A= ri1
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Coun-ilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 201
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 91 -
VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
TIPTON BUILDING ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a drainage and utility
easement by Resolution No. 91-200
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the final
plat of Family Hope Addition is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: M=r Be ��nan, Cotmcilmembers Helliwell, Rimer, Vaciliou, and ,

The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
