Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the lst day of _April , 1921. The following members
were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,Ricker
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-199
RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO THE LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT
LABOR SERVICES, INC., LOCAL 18,
JANUARY 1, 1989 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 1991
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., representing Plymouth police
officers and investigators, have met to negotiate wages and
insurance benefits in accordance with Article XXII, Section 22.6
of their Agreement and in accordance with the Public Employee
Labor Relations Law; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported in his April 1, 1991
memorandum that an agreement has been reached for the period of
January 1, 1991 through December 31, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does,
approve the E.ddendum to the labor agreement between the City of
Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., Local 18, for
the period of January 1, 1989 through December 31, 1991; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute the agreement.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Helliwell, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur.
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
