HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-198CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of April, 1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur.The following members were absent: None Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-198 APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSE FOR AMOCO FOOD SHOP #370 WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a gasoline service station license from ACA Management Amoco Food Shop #370 at 3855 Plymouth Blvd.; and WHEREAS, all fees have been paid and certificates of insurance have been provided, and WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department recommends approval of the license, and WHEREAS, a Certificate of Occupancy has not yet been issued for the structure. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that a gasoline service station license is hereby approved for ACA Management Amoco Food Shop #370, 3855 Plymouth Blvd., for the license period expiring December 31, 1991, with the following condition: 1. Receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Helliwell and upon vote being taken th•reon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
