Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of April ,

RESOLUTION NO. 91-196
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
3.0 MILLION GALLON WATER TOWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 906
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Addition of geotextile fabric and class 5 aggregate base required to
construct the tower access road from County Road 101.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the 3.0 Million Gallon Water Tower, City Project
No. 906 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the 3.0 Million Gallon Water Tower, City
Project No. 906 by adding $3,465 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $2,643,300.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 3.465.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $2,646,765.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
COuncilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
