Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of April ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Berman, Comcilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: —None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 195
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
NORTHWEST TRUNK SEWER - PHASE I
CITY PROJECT NO. 014
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Additional materials needed to construct 24.64 L.F. of eight inch diameter
drop for connection to school sanitary sewer service.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Northwest Trunk Sewer - Phase I, City Project
No. 014 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the Northwest Trunk Sewer, Phase I, City
Project No. 014 by adding $4,558.40 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $287,318.75
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 4,558.40
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$291,877.15
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Cnimr_ilmamhPr Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, CoLmcilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
