Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the,
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-370
WHEREAS, lemroc Metals, 2735 Cheshire Lane North requested site plan
approval.
I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE SITE PLAN OF TEMROC METALS, 2735 CHESHIRE
LANE NORTH.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

1 seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

1 f,�ilowiog voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and
Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held October 13, 1969, with the original thereof on file
In my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
