Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
lat—day of April, 1991. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasilio , and
Zitur. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-190
APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TRAIL
FROM COUNTY ROAD 6 ON JUNEAU LANE TO 14TH AVENUE,
EASTERLY ON 14TH AVENUE TO FERNBROOR LANE
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved installation of a
trail along County Road 6 between Juneau Lane and Fernbrook Lane,
and
WHEREAS, after further consideration, the Council wishes to
reroute the trail as previously approved.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that the trail is hereby approved from County Road 6,
southerly on Juneau Lane, to 14th Avenue North, and easterly on
14th Avenue to Fernbrook Lane.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman,
CouncilmemberS Helliwell, Ricker,_ Vasiliou, and Zitur. The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.•
