Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
ii Village, Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
s
day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman 14intz introduced the following Resolution ant; taoved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-369
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard L. Ozment of Country Kitchen, 10820 Highway 055
appeared regarding reconsideration to locate their sign and previous action
denying a variance request.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLY14OUTH: APPROVING THE REQUEST OF COUNTRY BUILDERS TO ALLOW A
VARIANCE OF THE SIGN ORDINANCE TO ERECT A 30' BY 20' SIGN ON THE FRONT
PROPERTY LINE OF BLOCK #5, SCHIEBE'S HIGHLAND ADDITION, 10820 HIGHWAY #55,
WHICH NULLIFIES RESOLUTION #69-323 ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 22, 1969.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taicen thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
