Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of April
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergnan. Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker. Va i l i o u_ and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
ChuncilmemhPr Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 183
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 91 -
VACATING THE STREET AND UTILITY EASEMENT (VICKSBURG LANE)
FOR THE PROPOSED GUDDAL ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a portion of a street and
utility easement (Vicksburg Lane) adjacent to the northerly 209 feet of the easterly
280 feet of the north 1/2 of the northeast 1/4 of the northeast 1/4, Section 17,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County (proposed Guddal Addition) by Resolution No.
90-137.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County until the final
plat of Guddal Addition is filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember ZituT , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berman. Coimcilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and ,
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
