Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of April ,
1991. The following members were present: kyor Ber@nan. Councilmembers Helliwell ,

Cnuncilmemher Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-181
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF CERTAIN
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN
BLOCK 2, LOTS 1 THROUGH 6
BLOCK 3, LOTS 1 THROUGH 4
PLYMOUTH OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in
Blocks 2, Lots 1 through 6 and Block 3, Lots 1 through 4, Plymouth Office Commercial
Park; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for April 1, 1991
in accorlance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of April 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on April 1, 1991 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of certain drainage and utility easements
in Blocks 2 and 3, Plymouth Office Commercial Park; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
The drainage and utility easements as delineated and dedicated on the plat
of Plymouth Office Commercial Park all in Block 2 of said plat, described
as follows:
The east 6 feet of Lot 1 lying north
of the
south 10 feet
and lying south
of the north 6 feet of said Lot 1.
The west 6 feet of Lot 2 lying north
of the
south 10 feet
and lying south
of the north 6 feet of said Lot 2.
The east and southeast 6 feet of Lot
2 lying
northeast of
the southwest 10 r'
feet and south of the north 6 feet of
said Lot
2.

The west and northwest 6 feet of Lot 3 lying northeast of the southwest 10
feet and south of the north 6 feet of said Lot. 3.
The southwest 6 feet of Lot 4 lying southeast of the northwest 10 feet and
west of the east 10 feet of said Lot 4.
The northeast 6 feet of Lot .5 lying southeast of the northwest 10 feet and
west of the east 10 feet of said Lot 5.
The southwest 10 feet of Lot 5 lying southeast of the northwest 10 feet and
west of the east 10 feet of said Lot 5.
The northeast 10 feet cf Lot 6 lying southeast of the northwest 10 feet and
west of the east 10 feet of said Lot 6.
The drainage and utility easements as delineated and dedicated on the plat of PLYMOUTH
OFFICE COMMERCIAL PARK all in Block 3 of said plat, described as follows:
The east 6 feet of Lot 1, lying south of the north 10 feet of said Lot 1.
The south 6 feet of Lot 1, lying east of the west 10 feet of said Lot 1.
The west 6 feet of Lot 2, lying south of the north 10 feet of said Lot 2.
The south 6 feet of Lot 2, lying east of the west 10 feet of said Lot 2.
The north 6 feet of Lot 3, lying west of the east 10 feet of said Lot 3.
The west 6 feet of Lot 3, lying north of the south 10 feet of said Lot 3.
The east 6 feet of Lot 4, lying north of the south 10 feet of said Lot 4.
The north 6 feet of Lot 4, lying east of the west 10 feet of said Lot 4.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
MR=r Rergm_an , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: mayor Bergpan. Cotmcilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. and ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
