Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of March ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Cotmcilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur

RESOLUTION NO. 91-176
AWARDING OF BID FOR 1991 REFORESTATION PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division is responsible for the 1991 Reforestation Program to be
carried out on City owned lands; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with City bid specifications that were prepared and distributed,
and bid proposals received and opened on February 28, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the -following bids were received:
GREENWORKS $24,937.00
MIDWEST LANDSCAPING 25,502.00
MINNESOTA VALLEY 33,117.00
AND WHEREAS, the bid of Greenworks is in conformance with City specifications for plant
materials, Greenworks is therefore declared lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: that it should and hereby does accept the proposal of Greenworks in the
amount of $24,937.00. Further, that funds in the amount of $18,133.00 are authorized
from account No. 206-206-810.26-000-000, and $6,804.00 are authorized from 419-419-
810.26-705.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counci member Vasilio» , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
