HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-171CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of March, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-171 APPROVAL OF TAXI DRIVER LICENSES WHEREAS, the City has received six applications for taxi driver licenses; and WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted all required inspections and investigations and recommends approval of the licenses. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that taxi driver licenses are hereby issued to the following individuals for the period of March 19, 1991, through December 31, 1991: Nejati-Namin, Mehdi Khanjari, Ali Asghar Abedi-Tari, Mohammad Reza Dousti, Manouchehr Sanei, Gholam Ali Khosravi, Mohamad The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor -Re Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
