Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of Mar , 1991. The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and
Zitur. The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-170
APPROVING RENEWAL OF GARBAGE HAULER LICENSES
WHEREAS, 16 applications for renewal of garbage hauler licenses
have been received; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and proof of insurance has been
provided.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that the attached list of companies is hereby granted
garbage hauler licenses for the period April 1, 1991, through
March 31, 1992.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Harg�
Co..nci lMolberA Helliwell, Ricker, Vasil ou, and Zijur. The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
