HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-168CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held c,n the 18th day of March , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Bermau. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Va-si l i nu ., and 7 i ti it , The following members were absent: _None Councilmemher 7itur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 168 APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON BOTH SIDES OF SHENANDOAH LANE FROM C.S.A.H 6 SOUTH TO THE LUCE LINE TRAIL WHEREAS, on street parking has been noted on Shenandoah Lane adjacent to the Hennepin County Correctional Facility; and WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does authorize installation of "No Parking" signs on both sides of Shenandoah Lane from C.S.A.H. 6 south to the Luce Line Trail. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cetmri1memhPr Vas iIinii , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berriman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
