Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of March ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor RergMan, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 167
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
MEDINA ROAD BETWEEN BROCKTON LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 24
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Medina Road between
Brockton Lane and County Road 24 by the installation of bituminous street and concrete
curb and gutter in conformance with municipal state aid standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Medina Road between Brockton
Lane and County Road 24.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to install "No
Parking" signs on both sides of Medina Road between Brockton Lane and County Road 24.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C-0 mcilmember Va iliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergian, Comrilmembers Helliwell. Ricker, Vasiliou, and ,
Zitur -- -
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
