HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-166CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of March 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwel Ricker_ Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 166 RECEIVING UPDATED PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NORTHWEST BOULEVARD (FUTURE COUNTY ROAD 61) 56TH AVENUE NORTH TO 54TH AVENUE NORTH CITY PROJECT NO. 106 WHEREAS, the City has received an updated Preliminary Engineering Report for Northwest Boulevard, 56th Avenue North to 54th Avenue North; and WHEREAS, plans and specifications are needed for said project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. is designated as the engineer to prepare plans and specifications for Northwest Boulevard - 56th Avenue North to 54th Avenue North in accordance with the updated Preliminary Engineering Report dated March 8, 1991. 2. That funding for the project will be from special assessments as contained in the development contract for Bass Lake Terrace, Bass Lake Heights 4th, and Bass Lake Woods Additions. The Utility Trunk Fund, and Park Dedication Fund will be used with the balance coming from the M.S.A. Fund. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, WE zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
