VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
13th day of October, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman
Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-367
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TH-: VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE KREATZ-STEARN ADDITION, 1115
VICKSBURG LANE, IS HEREBY APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Widening of Gleason Drive to 80' over its entire length.
2. Providing an utility easement as needed for the Southwest
Sewer Project.
3. Dedication of park site as shown on plat.
4. Lots and Block numbers to conform to Village standards.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against:'
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held October 13, 1969, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete trans ript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such acting clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 17th day of October, 1969.
