Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of _ March ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur.
The following members were absent: None
Coun_cilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 162
APPROVING APPRAISALS FOR EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS
CITY PROJECT NO. 014 AND 906
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has authorized the undertaking of City Project No's 014
and 906, Northwest Trunk Sanitary Sewer and County Road 101 Watermain Improvement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the use of Eminent Domain Statutes and the
Quick Take Procedure in order to acquire the necessary right-of-way in a timely manner;
and
WHEREAS, the City has obtained an appraisal report of the damages to be incurred by
Parcel 3 and 8 as a result of the project; and
WHEREAS, the appraisal report is in the proper form and prepared in accordance with
professional appraisal standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the appraisal for the damages listed as follows is approved:
Parcel 3: $30,900
Parcel 8: $31,074
N 1/2 Parcel 6: $ 7,226
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
,QM=i]mPmber Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou. Zitur. Berman ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
