HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-157CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of March 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Berginan, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91- 157 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS LOT 1, BLOCK 1, TIPTON BUILDING ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Family Hope Services has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements within Lot 1, Block 1, Tipton Building Addition. The drainage and utility easements as delineated and dedicated on the plat of Tipton Building Addition, all in Lot 1, Block 1 of said plat, described as follows: The south 6.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Tipton Building Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of April 22, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, , Vasiliou, and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. t: RT
