it Village Cojpcil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 13th
i day of October, 1969. The following members wera present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent.
j; Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-366
WHEREAS, Evelyn Torgerson, 18810D Highway #55, Hamel, Minnesota
requested a Subdivision Waiver to attach a 25' strip from the westerly side
of Parcel 5600 and consolidate with Parcel 3422.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on Jan. 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous_ Records, page
497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County Minnesota, re-
lating to the conveyance of p.rcels of landless than
five (5) acres in area and X00 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Tract A:
West 203' of east 548' measured along a line parallel
with southerly line of railroad right of way of that
part of the northwest 1/4 of southwest 1/4 lying south
of railroad right of way and northerly of new State
Highway #55 Sec. 7-118-22.
Tract B:
West 35' of east 345' of northwest 1/4 of southwest 1/4
of railroad land except State Highway #55 Sec. 7-118-22.
'lotion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
