Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th day of
Maynh, 1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergmnn,-
Counc lmwmherg Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent:_ None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-154
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
GLACIER MEADOWS 2ND ADDITION SCATTERED SITE HOUSE
WHEREAS, a house is under construction at 1530 Glacier Lane responsive to City
Council Resolutions 90-72 (authorizing temporary funding) and 90-751 (awarding
the construction contract); and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Gypsum wallboard 4 feet high on stud wall between future family room and
crawl space. Furring around plumbing, pipes, 2 foot returns at stairs, and
underside of foyer closet.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition Scattered
Site House is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 3 for the Glacier Meadows 2nd
Addition Scattered Site House adding $100 is approved.

THIS CHANGE ORDER NO 3 - ADD 100
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $84,019
FURTHER, that the funds shall be repaid in full from the sale of the house on
Lot 1, Block 1, Glacier Meadows 2nd Addition.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: _Mayor BerQmen, Counclimembera
Helliwell, Ri cker, Vaailioul, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
