Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the l8th day of
March, 1921- The following members were present:Mayor Berg.
Council -members Helliwell, Ricker, Vaeiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-151
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR VERN REYNOLDS CONSTRUCTION
INC. FOR "BASS LAKE TERRACE" (90050)
WHEREAS, Vern Reynolds Construction Company, Inc. has requested approval for
Final Plat for "Bass Lake Terrace"; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and
Development Contract for Vern Reynolds Construction Company, Inc. for "Bass
Lake Terrace" located at the northwest quadrant of the Soo Line Tracks and
Northwest Boulevard; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vaa liou , and upon vote being taken thereon,

The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
