Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 18th day of
March 19 91 . The following members were

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 150A
AMENDING COMPREHENSIVE TRAIL PLAN
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and the Director of Parks and Recreation
have recommended that Schmidt Lake Road be included as a Class I trail in the
City's Comprehensive Trail System Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has held a public hearing
on this subject and has recommended the inclusion of a Class I trail along
Schmidt Lake Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City's Comprehensive Trail Plan is hereby
amended for the inclusion of a Class I trail on Schmidt Lake Road between
Highway 169 and County Road 101, and further, that the proposed trail along
the Soo Line railroad tracks be deleted from said plan.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly se=xled by
Mayes _ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed adopted.
