Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rejzuhir meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of
March 1991. The following were present:
Mayor Bergun, Councilmemhers Halliwall, Ricker' Vasiliou. and 7itur
The following members e werabsent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and proved its
adoption:
RESOUNION NO. 91 -ISO
AMENDING 1991 OPERATIM BEEGETS
WHEREAS, The City is projected to receive substantial reductions in homestead
and agricultural credit aid (HACA); and
WHEREAS, Budget adjustments will be necessary to offset the HACA reduction;
and
WHEREAS, The City Manager has made various reeomaerdations for budget
anendments in his memo to City Council, dated March 1, 1991; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has reviewed these x x- nendations and recommends
the following budget reductions:

Recreation Fund
20,200
3.
Forestry Fund
13,900
4.
Water Fund
8,800
5.
Sewer Fund
9,200
6.
Central Equipment Fund
234,300
NOW, Ti E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY 7HE CITY OOUNCM OF UE CITY OF
PLYM3V1Ii, MntMSOTA, that the 1991 Budgets are hereby emended to reflect these
reductions.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seceded by
Ca mrilmemher Helliwell and Upon Vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vacilinuand 7itur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
