Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reglilar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the art, day of
March , 1991. The following were present:
Mayor Beronan. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasilim- and Zitirr
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
BION NO.91- 147
APPROVING THE RESERVATION OF FUNM WITHIN THE Wei' M FUND
FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITIES EXPANSION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been planning for expansion and
improvements to it's Public Works Facilities, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are deemed necessary to finance these projects, and
WHEREAS, the City has funds avilable within the Winter Fuad, and
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to reserve the funds totaling
$271,000 within the Water Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIS: CITY COUNCIL OF TRE CITY OF
PLYMMM, MINNESOTA that the reserve in the amotuit of $271,000 be established
within the water Fund for the Public Works Facilities expansion.
The mcYtiosi for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly aeoaded by

voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berg=, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasi_liou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
