HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-144CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rt-g7,lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the dth day of March , 1991. The following members were present: , Mayor Bermm- Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. Vasiliou, and Zitur , The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 91-144 AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT STRGAR-ROSCOE-FAUSCH, INC. WHEREAS, The City of Plymouth on December 3, 1979 by Resolution No. 79-792 entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates for professional services be revised: WHEREAS, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City of Plymouth and Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, Inc. December 3, 1979 be and the same as hereby amended to incorporate the new Schedule B, 1991 Rate Schedule as follows: CLASSIFICATION HOURLY RATE Principal Engineer $70.00 Registered Engineer - Associate 65.00 - Senior Engineer 55.00 Graduate Engineer 45.00 Registered Land Surveyor 58.00 Planner - Associate 65.00 - Senior Transportation Planner 55.00 - Transportation Planner 45.00 Technician Supervisor 45.00 Senior Technician (Drafting & Field) 40.00 Technician 30.00 Word Processor 30.00 Clerical 25.00 Resolution No. 91-144 Page Two REIMBURSEMENT EXPENSES Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating At invoice cost Out -of -Pocket expenses such as meals, lodging, stakes, telephone calls, etc. At actual cost Mileage At I.R.S. Reimbursement Rate FURTHER, said new rate schedule to be effective April 1, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by COUncilmember Ri ker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rer,gman, Camrilmemharc Hell;afei 1, Ricker, Vas i.l i(mi and Z i tur The following voted against or abstained: Nc�sie Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
